Our 2006 Semillon again hails from Zimmermann's vineyard, Greenock in the Barossa Valley . This year's wine displays citrus and spice characters, subtle oak and a smooth, round mouthfeel. It will be ideal with tarragon chicken, crab and saffron tart or duck liver crostini.

2004 Bastian West “Edison” Barossa Grenache

Sexagenarian Barossa Grenache vines have yielded this beautiful magenta hued wine with luscious liqueur cherry, spearmint and chocolate flavours plus suedy tannins. Left relatively undisturbed for 2 years in both old and new French oak barriques, this wine has undergone egg white fining, no filtration and bottled under Stelvin to retain freshness.
